1. Journal of The Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition

The Journal of The Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition is published twelve issues per year. The journal publishes more than 240 papers annually, that advances knowledge across the range of a variety of research subjects in food science and nutrition. It is considered one of the most competitive food science and nutrition journals in Korea. The journal is indexed in SCOPUS, Chemical Abstracts, and the Korean Citation Index (KCI). The Journal is published in Korean.
2. Journal of Medicinal Food (JMF)

This Journal is published monthly with the specific subject for the medicinal and functional foods and nutritional science. Each issue publishes more than 25 papers. The Journal of Medicinal Food is a comprehensive journal focusing on the use of foods and food components for the prevention and treatment of human disease and health disorders. The journal is an effective forum for presenting modern research into Western food and nutritional science as well as Eastern traditional healing based on nutrition and foods. 3. Preventive Nutrition and Food Science (PNF)

Preventive Nutrition and Food Science is published four issues per year with focusing for the research findings on nutritional and food science which are related to health improvement and disease prevention. The journal publishes more than 50-60 manuscripts annually. The journal is also indexed in SCOPUS, Chemical Abstracts, and the Korean Citation Index (KCI). The Journal is written in English.
4. Food Industry and Nutrition

Food Industry and Nutrition is published twice per year. The journal publishes manuscripts that advance practical knowledge across the range of industrial-related research topics and current hot issues in the areas food science and nutrition. The journal includes review articles, brief communications, conference summaries, and reports etc which are practically beneficial for the applied aspect for the industries.
